Thank you for showing interest in Ballet Camrose Dance Company! We are excited to get to know you and your dancer! We hold in-person registration twice per year, June and September, so if you prefer and in-person method come on down to the studio to see us during our registration days!

Please fill out this form in it's entirety and one of our instructors will contact you to answer any questions you may have, discuss fees, class placement, and learn more about your wonderful dancer!
